Campers sleep in cabins by gender and age-level. Each cabin is staffed by a team of adult camp counselors who stay with the group all week. Campers and staff eat meals together in the dining hall and sing songs around the campfire under the stars.

Join Wildwood for a night of fun, games, food, and fundraising!
Wild Night is Wildwood’s annual fundraiser where we raise money to support camp scholarships. Grab a drink or plate, then play games (or vice versa!) during the early evening. Later, learn about the impact you can make in summer 2024, and have any donations you make matched by Camps for Kids!

We’ll have guided tours, a campfire, fishing, open game play, and archery available on both Saturday and Sunday. Archery is $5/person, but all other activities are free. We will also have snacks for sale, and you’re welcome to bring your own lunch if you prefer (Wildwood has a ton of picnic tables!).
Please wear closed toe shoes if possible. Visitors will need to sign in upon arrival, and they must be able to walk across uneven ground.

Unstructured, uncrowded, and unbelievably beautiful adventure awaits! Kids need time to roam, explore, imagine, and enjoy time in nature. Unstructured time in nature with mud and dust and sky ignites the body, mind and spirit of kids (and their grown ups.) Free-Range Friday is your invitation to let your kids run and hike and adventure at their own pace and within your own comfort-level in a wide-open place.
Each Free-Range Friday will include one activity presented by Wildwood staff and open access to adventure around Wildwood. Wander the trails; catch a fish; observe local wildlife; and make lasting memories!
Wildwood feels like a place far away, but really, we’re only 37 minutes south of I-435.

Our well-trained staff will lead activities all day, and you’ll have plenty of opportunity to roam and play. Come and go anytime between 1:00 pm and 7:00 pm
Please leave your pets at home.
Parents must remain on Wildwood property at all times and are responsible for supervising their children during this activity.

Snacks and Wildwood T-shirts will be available for purchase.
