
- Develop and plan several camp program stations of your choice. Program station examples include the camp garden, teen and tween camp programs, Makerspace, STEAM explorations, and the camp library.
- Collaborate with year round staff to design, edit, and publish new staff training materials. They will provide program station training to seasonal camp staff and will develop written materials (including operating guides, eligibility requirements, school year connections, and accreditation required procedures). The new materials will have a strong diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) focus.
- Develop and begin executing outreach plans to recruit and retain camp staff and campers. These plans can include new marketing strategies, events, and ad spend, among others.
Qualified candidates will have strong writing and oral communication skills; be interested in program development, HR, community planning, or related field; at least 2 years of college experience; and the ability to work independently.

Housing is a private room and bathroom in a shared house on the camp property. Camp is located within an hour of the Kansas City metro area.
