What is Free-Range Friday?
Unstructured, uncrowded, and unbelievably beautiful adventure awaits! Kids need time to roam, explore, imagine, and enjoy time in nature. Unstructured time in nature with mud and dust and sky ignites the body, mind and spirit of kids (and their grown ups.)
Free-Range Friday is your invitation to let your kids run and hike and adventure at their own pace and within your own comfort-level in a wide-open place.
Each Free-Range Friday will include one activity presented by Wildwood staff and open access to adventure around Wildwood. Wander the trails; catch a fish; observe local wildlife; and make lasting memories!
Wildwood feels like a place far away, but really, we’re only 37 minutes south of I-435.
The Fine Print
Please leave your pets at home.
Parents must remain on Wildwood property at all times and are responsible for supervising their children during this activity.
$8 per person per week
Snacks and Wildwood T-shirts will be available for purchase.
