Drop Off
Please arrive during the 15 minute arrival window and plan to spend 15-20 minutes checking in your camper. Camp counselors who ride the bus with campers will have you sign in with your camper PIN number.
All camper medications will be turned in to the camp staff before loading. Once a camper is signed in they must load the bus immediately and will not be allowed back off the bus. The bus will leave after all campers and luggage are loaded. Buses cannot wait for late arrivals.
Pick Up
Campers love to see a familiar face when the bus pulls up!
Please plan to arrive a few minutes before the bus reaches each stop.
Campers will depart the bus and must be signed out by caregivers with the correct PIN code.
Please carefully check for your camper’s bag (including a dirty clothes bag) to check for missing items. To report lost items, email office@wildwoodctr.org or text us at (913) 738-9067.
You will be contacted by text if the bus is running more than 15 minutes off-schedule. Please be sure to opt-in to texting in the parent portal.
